An order is not an effort. It is a sequence of deliverables. These are ours, in order, with what you receive at each point.

- Introductions as owners qualify — each with the owner’s statement, a direct contact route and a written fit memo
- Written progress note every two weeks

When responses arrive.
Responses come in waves. The first inside two weeks of the first send; the deeper ones from the second and third pass, weeks later, from owners who needed more than one touch. Most orders are fully delivered inside thirty days. The ninety-day window exists for the owners who were not ready the first time — which, in proprietary search, is many of them.
