If we have written to you, here is exactly who we are.
This page exists so that no owner we contact has to guess.
We work for a buyer, not for you
We are engaged and paid by a specific acquirer with a specific mandate. We are not your advisor, we will not represent you, and we will not charge you anything — because we are not on your side of the table. That is worth knowing before the first conversation, not after.
You owe us nothing, ever
No fee, no commission, no listing, no retainer. Our client pays us, and only if a transaction closes.
Nothing is public
Your company is not listed, posted or shared. Our client’s identity is disclosed to you only with their consent; your name and your numbers stay with us unless you decide otherwise.
Get your own advisor
If the conversation becomes serious, engage a sell-side advisor and a transaction attorney. A buyer who objects to that is telling you something. We will not object, and we will say so to your face.
You can tell us to stop
Reply once and you are removed permanently, from this mandate and from every future one. No follow-up, no second attempt in a year.
